- For furniture products. orders totaling $5,000 or above qualify for free delivery and installation service. If the order amount does not reach $5,000, a delivery and installation fee of HKD $200 will be charged.
- For office chairs and standing desks, orders totaling $1,000 or above will be qualify for free delivery and installation service. If the order amount does not reach $1,000, a delivery and installation fee of HKD $200 will be charged.
- Products that are currently in stock (excluding customized items) will be delivered within 14 working days after purchase. However, transformer beds are not included in this timeframe.
- The delivery time is scheduled between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm. If delivery is requested after 7:00 pm, an additional fee of $200 will be charged. No delivery service on Sundays and public holidays.
- Delivery is available in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories (additional charges of $80 for Tung Chung and Ma Wan, $180 for Discovery Bay). For other outlying islands, additional charges will be applied. For more details, please refer to the "Delivery Service" or contact our customer service.
