An additional fee will be charged if the amount is less than HK$1,000, and the delivery fee will be HK$200
Products in stock will be delivered and assembled within 7 to 14 working days after purchase (normally within 2 weeks), please note that the delivery time is indicated on the webpage for products not in stock
Delivery and installation will be completed at the same time
No delivery on Sunday and public holidays
The delivery time is Monday to Saturday 11am-7pm, if the delivery is after 7pm, an additional HK$200 will be charged
Free delivery to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories but excluding Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and outlying islands, Tung Chung and Ma Wan plus HK$80, Discovery Bay plus HK$180, and outlying islands are only arranged to be delivered to the outer pier in Central, customers You need to arrange transportation by yourself, and an additional fee will be charged for delivery to the village house (please check with us for details)
If there is no elevator in the delivery address, an additional stair fee will be charged, HK$50 per floor for goods less than 40Kg; HK$100 per floor for goods greater than 40Kg. If there are more than five floors, the staircase fee will be doubled starting from the sixth floor.
If parking is required, the fee shall be paid by the guest
If you need to change the delivery date, you must notify the change the day before, otherwise you will be charged a surcharge of HK$200
If the delivery date and time have been agreed with the customer, but the customer fails to collect the goods, we need to charge an additional shipping fee of HK$200 per trip
In case of Typhoon No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning, the delivery service on the day and the next day may be delayed and canceled. We will contact the customer to make another arrangement
Any errors or omissions in the delivery information may cause delays in delivery

- For furniture products. orders totaling $5,000 or above qualify for free delivery and installation service. If the order amount does not reach $5,000, a delivery and installation fee of HKD $200 will be charged.
- For office chairs and standing desks, orders totaling $1,000 or above will be qualify for free delivery and installation service. If the order amount does not reach $1,000, a delivery and installation fee of HKD $200 will be charged.
- Products that are currently in stock (excluding customized items) will be delivered within 14 working days after purchase. However, transformer beds are not included in this timeframe.
- The delivery time is scheduled between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm. If delivery is requested after 7:00 pm, an additional fee of $200 will be charged. No delivery service on Sundays and public holidays.
- Delivery is available in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories (additional charges of $80 for Tung Chung and Ma Wan, $180 for Discovery Bay).
