1. Shop over HK,000 for delivery and installation
2. Under HK,000 will be charged an additional charge and delivery fee will be HK0
3. For products in stock, delivery and assembly will be made within 7 to 14 working days after purchase (normally within 2 weeks), please note that the delivery time is indicated on the webpage for products that are not in stock
4. Delivery and installation will be completed within the same time period
5. Delivery is not available on Sundays and public holidays
6. Delivery time is Monday to Saturday 11am-7pm, if delivery after 7pm, HK0 will be charged
7. Free delivery to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories but excluding Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and outlying islands, Tung Chung and Ma Wan plus HK, Discovery Bay plus HK0, outlying islands are only arranged to the Central Harbour Outer Ferry Terminal, guests need to arrange their own transportation, additional charges apply for delivery to village houses (Please contact us for details)
8. If there is no lift at the delivery address, a stair fee will be charged, and HK per floor will be charged for goods below 40Kg; More than 40Kg will be charged HK0 per layer. If there are more than five floors, the staircase fee will be doubled from the sixth floor.
9. Parking is available at the guest's expense
10. If you need to change the delivery date, you must notify the change the day before, otherwise you will be charged a surcharge of HK0
11. If the delivery date and time have been agreed with the customer, but the customer fails to collect the goods, we need to charge an additional shipping fee of HK0 per trip
12. In case of Typhoon No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning, the delivery service on the day and the next day may be delayed and canceled. We will contact the customer to make another arrangement
13. Any errors or omissions in the delivery information may cause delays in delivery
